To learn more, visit MobixLogistics.com Job SummaryThe Logan UT Mobix warehouse manager position is one that requires leadership, resilience, problem solving, and order fulfillment experience. This position is responsible for the execution of the company’s core service: accurate and timely order fulfillment.  It's important to note that our warehouse managers are working managers and are expected to be in action with their teams, which includes lifting 25-100 lbs. daily. This is done to understand processes and to set expectations of quality and accuracy standards. The environment is fast-paced and has times of high pressure. A successful candidate should be able to thrive in this environment.  Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping of products or materials.  
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods.  
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory counts through regular audits. 
  • Manage warehouse personnel, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance assessments. 
  • Implement and exemplify high safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse employees. 
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics which could include order pick accuracy, on-time shipments, and inventory shrinkage.
  • Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing procedural changes to boost efficiency and cut costs. Remain receptive to feedback from team members as they strive for improvement.
  • Take on additional tasks as required to support business objectives, demonstrating a proactive approach and a commitment to broader organizational goals. 
  • Regularly inspect and audit inventory records to maintain accuracy and uphold quality standards.  
  • Ensure the consistent achievement of operational standards and quality control measures, specifically tailored to meet the requirements of our clients, aiming to exceed their expectations and foster a lasting, positive business relationship.

  • Self-Motivated: You take ownership in your work and team. You are available to work overtime as needed year-round, and duringpeak holiday season. In addition, you are flexible to work on any type of assigned shifts (weekends etc.). 
  • Natural Leader: You pride yourself in leading others; you have direct management experience and have been responsible for your employee’s performance. 
  • Dependable: You typically volunteer to lead projects and help your team achieve goals. You have a track record of taking ownership and driving results. 
  • Effective Communicator: You don’t hesitate public speaking or writing a paper (planning). You have strong verbal and written communication skills (in the moment feedback). 
  • Problem solver: You thrive in an ambiguous environment. When given a deadline, you know how to motivate yourself and others to meet it. 
  • Organized: You take pride in your ability to plan and prioritize regardless of the task. You also know how to set goals for yourself, your team, and are willing to collaborate with team members to achieve those goals. 
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Proven track record of 3 years warehouse management experience 
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
