Maloney Properties, Inc. Career Center is Hiring an Assistant Property Manager Near Berlin, MA
We are seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team of housing professionals in the Worcester area. You will be based at two properties: one in Berlin, MA and one in Auburn, MA. These sites total 70 units for elderly residents. Occasional support at other sites in the portfolio will be needed. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
· Assisting with leasing open units.
· Conducting recertification interviews and completing recertification paperwork.
· Collecting and processing rent payments.
· Updating the waiting lists.
· Receiving and scheduling maintenance requests.
· Providing customer service to our residents and other administrative duties to support the portfolio.
The work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
