Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring for a reputable local machine shop specializing in precision manufacturing. The company prides themselves on commitment to quality, innovation, and efficiency.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join as an Entry Level machine Operator for 2nd shift. Monday- Thursday 4pm-2 : 30am starting pay is $18 / hr.

Job Description : As an Entry Level Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in the machining industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate machines (milling or turning) to produce parts in accordance with work instructions.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform basic machine maintenance tasks, lubrication, and cleaning, to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
• Inspect finished parts for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the machining process and make adjustments as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.

Qualifications :

• Good math skills and must be able to pass a math test
• Previous experience in machining or manufacturing is preferred but not required, willing to train a hard worker.
• Basic understanding of machining principles and operations and safety.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working 2nd shift hours (4 : 00 PM 2 : 30 AM, Monday Thursday).
