Job Title: Travel Medsurg/Telemetry Registered Nurse

Location: Evansville, IN

Shift: Day and Night Shifts Available, 36 hours per week

Pay: Starting at $2,100 gross per week

Experience Required: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Medsurg/Telemetry nursing

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medsurg/Telemetry setting
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, utilizing telemetry equipment as needed
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient needs are met
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments and interventions

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
• 1-2 years of experience in Medsurg/Telemetry nursing
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
