The Responsibilities:

    • Oversee a team of Recruiters on the Nursing Division of Healthcare Staffing, which will be comprised of Job Orders and staffing for RNs in all roles and specialties.
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate recruiting strategies to achieve Nursing division goals, in support of the growth objectives of the company.
    • Develop the recruitment team by directing, managing, coaching, and conducting regular follow up with Nursing Recruiters and Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and/or Client Managers (CMs) to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
    • Maintain daily and weekly Recruiting Manager cadence meetings, as outlined on Cadence Schedule.
    • Help Recruiters meet and exceed Minimum Success Measures on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Recruit and lead by example, spending a minimum of 5 Work Hours per Week on the phone.
    • Maintain a pipeline for placements that are new to the organization, lead generation, and placing nursing professionals as actionable live coaching and teaching.
    • Share productivity reports with the team daily and/or during cadence meetings.
    • Complete and maintain weekly 1:1’s, and documentation thereof, committing to understanding your team members’ personal goals and how they relate to daily productivity and subsequent commissions.
    • Create accountability for completed submissions templates for all recruiters by helping complete these documents to fruition.
    • Establish goals and milestones with the Manager of Learning and Development and Division Director, and monitor team performance.
    • Lead, coach, and communicate consistently with the Manager of Learning & Development to align training to the needs of the recruitment team.
    • Provide long-term coaching and development, with action plans and performance improvement measures in the event a Recruiter is not meeting or exceeding Minimum Success Measures
    • Maintain compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
    • Assure that all functionality of the applicant tracking system is effectively used by the recruitment team.
    • Institute best practices in recruiting, networking, and referral generation.
    • Build effective relationships with division leaders and cross-functional partners to confirm alignment of the recruitment process with business needs.
    • Report quarterly results to the Leadership Team.

 The Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 3-5 years of healthcare leadership experience required. 
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully connect with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong sales orientation to motivate recruiting team.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Ability to make professional presentations to all levels of management.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, make improvement adjustments, and prepare reports.
  • Ability to use independent judgment in decision making.
  • Ability to manage and impart confidential information appropriately.
