**Job Overview:** We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant environment. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals - Provide menu recommendations and respond to customer inquiries - Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in math for handling payments accurately - Familiarity with cash register operations - Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus - Basic culinary knowledge to describe menu items to customers - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers
