Mallini Transport is Hiring a Truck Driver (Lease Purchase) Near Humble, TX
WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1-2 COMPANY DRIVERS TO HOP IN TRUCKS AND THEN LEASE-PURCHASE THEM. The trucks are Freightliner Cascadia Midroof Large Sleepers. The trucks are manual transmissions and have been well maintained.
We want you to drive the truck for 3-4 weeks as a Company Driver to make sure that you are comfortable with it and enjoy working with us, then we can start the Lease Purchase. We will provide a maintenance escrow account for you that you will invest in and we will also stand behind you for big repairs and take the repairs off of future checks.

Company Drivers (must live in the Greater Houston area)
We are a medium-sized trucking company with about 30 trucks and 60 dry van trailers looking to add one more Lease Purchase driver. We have mostly dedicated/contract work for our front hauls that pay over $3 per mile, then we take brokered loads to get back to Houston.
Our trucks generate about $6,000-$8,000 in total gross revenue per week, so our Company Drivers are making about $1,500 - 2,000 per week before taxes. Our Owner Operators are taking home about $2,500-$3,500 after all offsets, fuel, truck note, etc.
60% of our loads are in Texas & Louisiana, and the remaining 40% are in other South and Southeast states. Our dedicated front hauls are usually pre-loaded and very light, and then we take brokered loads back to Houston. You will be home every weekend plus about 2 nights during the week and will be in the truck about 3 nights per week.
Our drivers are doing very well and we expect that to continue due to our strong contract rates.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of Class A CDL experience.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Excellent pay that averages $1,500-2,000 per week for Company Drivers, and $2,500-$3,500 for Owner Operators.
- 25% of the load for Company Drivers
- 75% of the load for Owner Operators
- Paid every week, on Fridays.
- Dedicated / Direct Customer Front Hauls.
- Low mileage Freightliner / Volvo / Kenworth / International Trucks.
- The fast hiring process, you will be driving the truck within 3-4 business days after starting the onboarding process.
