WINK WORLD MN LLC - Ambassador Position starting at $17/hr with room to grow!
Created by Chris Wink - one of the creators of BLUE MAN GROUP! Our experience in Las Vegas at Area15 is a success and now we will be at Mall of America! So now Wink World MN is looking for candidates with a laser focus on experience and excellent storytelling skills to process visitors in and out of Wink World, the newest immersive art experience at Mall of America, Minnesota.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for opening and closing attraction, assisting Visitors and routing Visitors through viewing areas.
• Responsible for pitching the experience and engaging customers into the mysteries of Wink World.
• Provides exemplary Visitor service and understands and demonstrates knowledge of Wink World merchandise and products.
• Uses tablet and POS systems to update queue/reservation information in addition to selling merchandise.
• Provides Visitor recovery when needed in accordance with management approval.
• Embodies backstory of Wink World and invites Visitors into the experience through character work and portrayals.
• Maintains a sense of wonder and positive energy and invites Visitors into the same.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by monitoring the immediate area and keeping it free of debris to include: the proper maintenance of equipment and/or props.
• Performs other duties as assigned
