An energetic and organized individual with prior retail experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The desired candidate will have excellent attendance, be neat, and be professional in communication and appearance. You might be the perfect fit for our store if you have a strong dedication to collaboration, outstanding communication skills, outgoing and love interacting with the public, are flexible and responsive to change, and have the capabilities to accommodate challenging situations, and the following:

Hours vary- Weekends required. Looking to fill two or three positions depending on schedule availability. 

Typical store hours are 11am to 5pm Tuesday through Sunday but may be expanded during the holiday season. $18/hour to start.

Job Duties: 

• Consistently delivers superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and other skills training in all in-store departments to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Displays an energetic and positive attitude with all customer interactions.
• Assist in the coordination of merchandise set-ups, has knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and can implement and maintain the store as set forth by store management.
• Follows directions and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines as assigned with minimal supervision.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters, suggesting items.
• Helps customers make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, store or other credit cards.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop with a strong attention to detail
