• Observes players to determine misuse of lanes or other equipment.
• Rents bowling shoes to patrons
• Reserves lanes for bowling league or individuals
• maintaining cleanliness of bowling desk area
• Provide bowling guests with efficient, courteous customer service
• Maximize the utilization of lanes and equipment through efficient control of customer flow
• Issue lanes to guests, assists with tournaments and special events/promotions
• Maintain procedures for credit control, handling of financial transactions, and security of monies
• Clean bowling lanes, gutters and ball return areas
• Retrieve, transport, and store parts and supplies
• Assist mechanics as needed with repair duties
• Follow safety procedures related equipment operation and use of chemicals, repair pinsetter auto-scoring equipment
• Inspect Bowling area, and public areas for cleanliness and appearance on a daily basis.
• Follows and ensures that Policies and Procedures of the Bowling property are followed
• Ensures control/protection of company assets
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 39lbs unaided
