Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer preferences and specifications
- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products to maintain freshness and quality
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during all stages of food preparation
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of meat products for service
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in a restaurant or food production setting
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their characteristics
- Familiarity with culinary techniques for meat preparation and cooking
- Ability to use and maintain cutting tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning and presentation of meat products
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

Preferred Skills:
- Certification in food safety or sanitation procedures
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in a butcher shop or grocery store setting
