```Duties```
- Work in cleanroom suits
- Must be able to climb 5 Flights of stairs daily/ regularly
- Must be able to life 35lbs
- Willing to clean and wipe down equipment low to the ground
- Flexible to work 40-50 hour weeks
- Work well in two Team groups and once trained be responsible to work alone on projects in communication with lead or Supervisor
- Willing to handle accessing and doing company updates and training on paycom
- Be careful and safety oriented, with a high willingness to learn and follow procedures
- capable and willing to do physical cleaning in a construction setting

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
