Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Perform basic nursing procedures, including taking vital signs, measuring and recording patient information, and collecting specimens
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Follow established protocols and procedures for infection control and aseptic technique

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to phlebotomize and administer injections
- Familiarity with IV infusion and inhalation techniques
- Experience with physical examinations and aseptic technique
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to provide basic life support measures, such as CPR and ventilations
