Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years' experience, education and training essential to the job.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of fork-trucks (electric, gas, LP, diesel), man lifts, cranes, stationary generators, etc.
• CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems)

Duties:

• Build relationships with client
• Purchase parts & inventory as needed
• Schedule mechanics/technicians
• Oversee quality of work being performed
• Train and develop staff
• Input work orders and other items in a CMMS
• Administrative coordination, regarding job assignments, productivity, time management
• Timekeeping
• Saftey training
