Work Location:

- Multiple locations around Portsmouth area

Responsibilities:

- Keep buildings and offices in a clean and orderly condition

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Perform commercial and industrial cleaning tasks, such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, replenish supplies, and ensure a clean and presentable appearance
- Assist with other duties as required, such as cleaning windows, doors, and other surfaces
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel

Skills:

- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week

• Every weekend

Experience:

• Commercial cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
