- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for order taking and processing payments
- Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle cash transactions while maintaining accuracy
- Willingness to assist team members and guests as needed
- Strong focus on guest services, sales, and upselling techniques
