The Makovicka Physical Therapy Team strives to provide an atmosphere where we can focus on outstanding service through employee engagement and organizational growth, and to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all we have contact with.
Position:
Great team members are ones who fit our culture and values, working to ensure that patients feel welcome and at ease through their experience in our clinic. We strive to provide a friendly and encouraging environment for our patients and you play a key role.
Your primary focus on the team is to be responsible for patient interaction, answering the phone, scheduling, patient data entry and general administration duties in the clinic. This position requires the ability to deal tactfully with patients, family members, insurance, and the general public. Experience with insurance, patient or customer service and healthcare is preferred.

Applicants must be available from from the hours of 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday.
Qualifications: High School diploma desired. Previous front desk and insurance experience preferred.
Depending upon hours full time position Benefits Include: Insurance, 401(K) with matching, Continuing education reimbursement, Paid Time Off, and more.
