Job Overview: The client, facing challenges due to a full-time employee departure, seeks an experienced SAP RAR Consultant to address the backlog and resolve issues within their Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) environment. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes, integration between SD/FICO modules, BRIM processes, IFRS standards, COPA, and revenue recognition.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Configuration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business processes and data.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition by configuring and fine-tuning the RAR, SD, and FI/CO modules.
• Provide subject matter expertise in designing solutions to meet business requirements.

Revenue Accounting and Reporting:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP RAR solutions.
• Address gaps identified in the existing system.
• Work closely with functional consultants to refine roles, authorizations, and configuration.

Process Improvement:

• Evaluate the current RAR environment and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose enhancements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record as an SAP RAR Consultant with hands-on experience in solution design and configuration within RAR, SD, and FI/CO.

Technical Skills:

• Detail understanding of order-to-cash processes.
• Integration knowledge between SD/FICO modules.
• Familiarity with BRIM processes.
• Strong grasp of IFRS standards.
• Knowledge of COPA and revenue recognition.
