Office Coordinator Tasks to include but are not limited to:
1. Answer Phones – Take & Forward Messages
2. Greeting entering and exiting visitors.
3. Assist applicants and forward employment applications to Staffing Recruiter
4. Process and Distribute Mail & deliver outgoing mail to Post Office as needed.
5. Maintain Employee Phone List
6. IT System Requests – coordinate with IT Manager
7. Monitor Office Supplies – Purchase as required or requested every 2 weeks (office, break room, janitorial)
8. Company Forms Creation and Maintenance
9. Copier, Printer, Scanner Machine maintenance requests as well as order supplies for machines
10. Purchase and create Postage as needed.
11. Courier requests & drop offs (FedEx, UPS, Hotshot)
12. Collect ALL FUEL card receipts and organize them by vehicle number.
13. Communicate and Coordinate with Janitorial Service as needed.
14. Manage company vehicle toll tag account.
15. Schedule Large Trash pick-ups
16. Business Card Requests/orders
17. Keep coffee fresh daily.
18. Manage/Communicate with Security company.
19. Manage Pest Control correspondence for facility.
20. Other Office related tasks & responsibilities assigned by Manager.
