We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable maintenance technician with plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills with at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance and repairs.

- Experienced in commercial building upkeep and repair.
- Experience with ball bearings, outlets, electrical sockets, panel fans, etc.
- Proficient in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Grounds work experience.
- Computerized data entry and record-keeping aptitude.
- State and local building codes and regulations knowledge and compliance.
- Supervisory experience.
- Night Shift.
- Emergency Calls - After Hours.
- Need to be Flexible due to no work on Nights - will work days.
- Clean criminal background.
- Mechanically Inclined.
- Trainable for there is room for advancement.
- Valid Driver License.
- Need to be flexible for on call schedules.
