**Job Summary:**
We are seeking compassionate Residential Child Care Workers to provide essential assistance to youth. As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and support.
**Duties:**
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times.
- Collaborate with supervisor to ensure the well-being of clients.
**Skills:**
- Experience in working with direct support services.
- Proficiency in systems related to caregiving and documentation.
- Ability to handle medication administration following established protocols.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques suitable for individual dietary needs.
