The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, an eye for detail, two years full service serving experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Learn our menu
• Be on time, with a clean uniform, apron, wine key and $20 bank
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when requested.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Applications are located at the host stand, if applying in house please come during non-peak hours.

Hours:

• DINNER Monday- Friday 4-9pm , Saturday 3-9pm
• LUNCH Tuesday- Friday 11am -2:30pm , Saturday 11am-3pm
• Closed Sundays

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry, with a strong background in restaurant operations and customer service.
- Proficiency in POS systems, with a preference for experience with Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures, with experience in food handling and preparation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent guest services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with upselling and sales techniques is a plus.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash register operations.
- Understanding of sanitation practices and kitchen safety.
- Culinary experience or a background in hospitality is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
