Maki Fresh is looking for a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team at the Cahaba Village location. You will work with the ownership team to provide a healthy working environment that promotes stable growth. Our ideal candidate is positive, thoughtful, team oriented, and self driven.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including managing food service, kitchen operations, and customer service.
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Ensure efficient use of POS systems for transactions and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and proper inventory management.
- Utilize food preparation and cooking skills to maintain quality and consistency in menu items.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold operational standards.
- Utilize previous management experience to support the ownership team in executing daily tasks and decision-making.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
