The main objective of the Group Reservation Coordinator is to bridge the gap between Revenue Management, the Sales Department, and hotel operations. This team member is instrumental in ensuring the hotel is maximizing rates and monitoring group accounts. This individual acts decisively and seeks feedback but also has strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
