Quality Assurance Technician

Job Overview

Full Time - 10 Hour Shifts (M-Th 6 am-4:30 pm)
*Option for M-F 8-5

Our manufacturing operation is actively looking for individuals to assist with quality assurance in parallel with production. As a small family-owned company, individuals share responsibilities that overlap and flexibility is key. If you are an ambitious individual the opportunities for growth and success are endless.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, your job responsibilities will include:

· Handling technical support emails and phone calls related to our product by customers and potential customers

· Product management and testing

· Protocol development and testing

· Project management

· Maintain current SOPs and develop SOPS, WI, and forms when needed

· Other projects assigned by management

· Maintain documentation requests from customers

· Aid in the implementation of necessary GMPs

· Guide quality assurance aspects including FDA compliance

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following requirements:

· Energetic, innovative, flexible, self-motivated, team player, passionate about driving business growth

· Superior communication, intuitive, social, multitasking, interpersonal, problem solving, and situational leadership skills

· Excellent organization skills

· Takes initiative

· Self-directed, high energy with a keen ability to assess situations and devise creative solutions

· Able to pitch in and help with any area of the company

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science

· Experience in a lab, food manufacturing, quality assurance, or SQF

· Personable, friendly, team orientated

· Organized, accurate, and detail oriented

· Possess a working knowledge in Microsoft Office program

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee can be required to lift 55 lbs boxes or bags.

Compensation

A competitive compensation and benefits package is included. Salary will commensurate with skill level.
