Responsibilities:

- Set up banquet room as per event specifications, including table settings, decorations, and any required equipment.

- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with seating if necessary, and ensure a smooth flow of service.

- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event, addressing any guest concerns or special requests.

- Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next course or event segment.

- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of the banquet room after the event, ensuring all items are properly stored or disposed of.

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment. - Collaborate with team members and banquet coordinators to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred. - Knowledge of proper food handling and serving techniques.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
