Overview:
We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Some cleaners we are looking for Move in Move out turning, which requires a complete clean of a unit that is currently vacant.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies are running low
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines while performing duties
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is beneficial
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures
