We are looking for an excited, energetic individual to join our CSR/Dispatch team! Our ideal candidate would have experience working in home service dispatching (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats, and book service calls.
- Coordinate with the field technicians throughout the day and adjust schedule accordingly.
- Communicate with other CSR/dispatchers on the status of technicians and jobs.
- Various administrative duties

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00-$18.00
