Role Overview:

As a Stylist at Maison Kitsuné, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and upholding the brand's image and standards. Your responsibilities will involve sales generation, customer engagement, store operations, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales:

· Proactively work towards achieving sales targets and monitor performance indicators to drive sales growth.

· Provide personalized product recommendations and advice to customers based on their needs and preferences.

· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ready-to-wear products and current fashion trends.

· Assist with cash desk operations, including processing transactions and handling payments.

Customer Service:

· Create memorable shopping experiences for customers through engaging storytelling and personalized interactions.

· Actively recruit and retain local and international customers, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.

· Maintain and update customer information in system, ensuring accurate records of customer preferences and purchase history.

· Work with the manager to develop action plans focused on expanding and enhancing the customer base.

Brand Image:

· Adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines to create visually appealing displays and maintain the brand's aesthetic in-store.

· Maintain impeccable grooming standards and adhere to uniform guidelines at all times.

· Uphold Maison Kitsuné standards and follow in-store safety rules to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Previous retail sales experience preferred, with a strong passion for fashion and customer service.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.

· Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets.

· Knowledge of fashion trends and a keen eye for styling.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
