Full-time live-out nanny required for a Greenwich, CT family with a soon-to-be toddler, born June 2023, starting between June and September 2024. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for all child-related duties, including providing nurturing care, active playtime, and interacting with their son in a warm, stimulating, and age-appropriate way.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be someone who will partner alongside both parents as a caring role model in a loving household. The ideal candidate is level-headed, experienced, and knowledgeable with infant and toddler milestones. The family is looking for a long-term commitment in a growing family dynamic. Travel (both domestic and international) and summer in the Hamptons (live-in) are expected. Candidates must have a clean driving record and be comfortable with driving children (driving to/from activities on a regular basis)

Location: Greenwich, CT (live out) and the Hamptons (June through August - live in)

Start date: Either June 2024 in the Hamptons or September 2024 in Greenwich, CT

Days/times: Guaranteed 40 hours/week - ideal daily hours are Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with availability to flex as needed for earlier/later days, date nights, etc.

Children: One son (born June 2023)

Conditions: $35 per hour* plus sick/personal days, vacation, and public holidays

• Authorization to work in the US
• A clean driving record
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a nanny, 5-10 years preferred
• A well-suited demeanor for working with infants and toddlers
• Exceptional childcare references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity, and high emotional intelligence
• Proven tenure with multiple families
• Education or equivalent knowledge of ages and stages of child growth and development
• An open and flexible schedule
• Ability/interest to travel with the family
• Comfortable with live-in during the summer (June through August) in the Hamptons, with flexibility to adjust weekly shifts to support the family.
• Ability to complete all child-related duties (including, but not limited to, meal preparation, cleaning up/tidying bedroom and play areas, laundry, researching and planning playdates and activities, driving to and from activities, and organization of clothing, rooms, and toys.etc)
• A professional appearance
• A clean background to pass our comprehensive background check and social media checks
• CPR and first aid certified
• Comfortable in a pet-friendly environment (family has two cats)
