- At least 5 years of experience - Lead, facilitate and coordinate business requirements gathering. Validate the requirements and assist with the functional design of solutions.

- At least 5 years of experience - Develop, execute, and document test plans and organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance. Track defects and coordinate resolutions.

- At least 5 years of experience - Research, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for solutions that meet business needs and fit within the system/software capabilities.

Nice to Have:

- 5 years of experience doing business analysis on large and complex IT projects.
