Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Supervisor. In this role, you will work closely with the Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service. The Assistant Supervisor will assist in managing daily tasks, supervising employees, and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities: - Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns - Assist in training and supervising employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures - Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll - Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed - Conduct employee orientation and training sessions - Collaborate with the Supervisor to develop strategies for improving sales and achieving targets - Assist in budgeting and price setting for products or services - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: - Previous experience in retail management or assistant manager role preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Proficiency in budgeting, payroll, and inventory management - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of wireless sales is an advantage We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
