Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure that the financial institution premises are clean and properly maintained in all respects
• Meets with vendors and major suppliers to evaluate products and service capabilities.
• Has responsibility for the management and coordination of activities related to all properties, including maintenance, construction, relocation, and renovation of all existing buildings, offices, and facilities.
• Negotiates purchase and maintenance contracts related to all facility equipment to include vehicles, ground maintenance, general cleaning, etc.
• Inspect branches and corporate office regularly to ensure building codes compliance and work area adherence to corporate health and safety standards.
• Maintain vendor contracts and validate costs periodically to insure market comparisons.
• Participates in training related to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements of the institution as it relates to the specific position held and is able to effectively identify transactions or situations relative to the position that would not follow the BSA/AML Policy of the institution.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years of facilities experience with experience in banking preferred.
• Experience managing outside vendors.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and follow through on work assignments.
• Strong organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

• Work may be performed outside of normal business hours and on weekends.
• Must be able to travel to all Bank locations.
