Key Responsibilities :

• Installation Expertise : Efficiently perform installations for replacement windows, siding, gutters, and roofing, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough checks to ensure installations meet our quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with local building codes.
• Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor with clients at all times.

Address customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the project management team and other installers, sharing knowledge and assisting others to ensure project timelines are met.
• Equipment and Safety : Safely operate tools and equipment necessary for the job. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.

Job Requirements :

Experience : Proven experience in home improvement installations, specifically with replacement windows, siding, gutters, and roofing.

A portfolio or references to demonstrate past work is preferred.

• Skills : Strong technical skills and knowledge of installation techniques and tools. Ability to measure accurately and interpret installation plans and specifications.
• Licenses : Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Any specific certifications related to the trade are highly beneficial.
• Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment. Comfortable with working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in construction, carpentry, or related fields is a plus.
• Background Check : Must be able to pass a background check.
