In this entry-level position, you'll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care for supportive housing residents, contributing to their well-being by assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging Interactions: Build meaningful connections with residents, staff, and family members through positive interactions.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and support to residents through recreational activities during daily visits.
  • Life Skills Coaching: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily service logs and track progress towards residents' care plan goals.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare dinner for/with residents and adhere to dietary plans.
  • Communication: Report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the supervisor.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Compassion: No prior experience required. We value individuals with the right skills and personality traits.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications preferred, or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment.
