Mainstage Davis is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Davis, CA

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, using Weedmaps, and providing general administrative support for all customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in customer service and cannabis.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the store.
  • Checking in customers.
  • Creating profiles for all customers (Medical & Recreational).
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Collaborating with delivery drivers on dispatching and customer updates.
  • Communicate with customers
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as data entry, filing, and keeping track of customer information.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary reception room.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
