Job Summary: This is a remote position, but maybe required to come to the corporate office in Tallahassee, FL on occasion for training and/or meetings.

Responsible for financial planning and analysis regarding daily, weekly and monthly treasury activities. Oversees corporate cash management, cash flow forecasting, overall liquidity analysis and management of lender reporting requirements. Researches economic trends and investment opportunities. Determines procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain operational and GAAP based cash flow forecasting models
• Analyze and maintain corporate liquidity metrics
• Monitor all debt covenants to ensure compliance
• Assist with monthly / quarterly / annual reporting requirements
• Assist with overall corporate treasury management
• Assist the Treasury Manager with foreign exchange related issues, hedging risk etc
• Analyze and provide recommendations to optimize cash conversion cycle
• Assist with monthly closing activities
• Assist with annual audits
• Assist with the implementation of new technology to drive efficiency
• Assist with acquisitions and special projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Understanding and experience of Treasury Accounting including foreign exchange, liquidity, cashflow and various Financial Instruments
• Experience using a 3-Statement Model
• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
• Experience with financial covenants and financial reporting
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of the broader team
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information
• Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple parties
• Good understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt
• Strong knowledge of banking relationships
• Strong computer software skills, including Excel, Power BI and other accounting packages

Education and/or Experience

• BS or BA or equivalent required, with a preference in related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience required.
