Mainely Tubs, New England’s leading hot tub dealership, is looking for a full-time experienced Hot Tub Technician to join our amazing team of water care and service technicians. We will provide you with a Company vehicle, and on most days you will be dispatched directly from your home to your first customer. Work orders will be assigned and updated through a company provided iPhone, using the latest software in our industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and Maintenance Mastery: Perform professional and timely service, refurbishment, and maintenance of hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas in the field. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with manufacturers when necessary.
• Customer Connection: Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Discuss additional services that may be required, provide pricing, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Contract Caretaker: Provide water care, winterization, and drain/refill services to our maintenance contract customers at their homes, ensuring their aquatic havens remain a source of relaxation.
• Educate and Elevate: Educate customers on proper water care practices. Share your knowledge and passion for aquatic wellness.
• Customer-Focused Attitude: You’re not just a technician; you’re an ambassador of relaxation. Approach every customer interaction with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Hours/Schedule:

• 40-hour work week with core hours 8am – 5pm (preferably with flexibility to work extended hours as needed).
• Scheduled, rotated Saturday coverage 9:00a-2:00p (3-6x/per year).
• Overtime available depending on the time of year.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $26-30/per hour (DOE)
• Company-provided vehicle—on most days, Technician will be dispatched from home.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Hot Tub Technician.
• Experience with Watkins hot tubs (Hot Spring, Caldera, Endless Pools) is a plus, but we will consider experienced technicians of other leading brands.
• Friendly and service-oriented, with good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs to stock company vehicle and from vehicle to hot tub, sometimes walking a distance.
• Comfortable working in all-weather/climate conditions.
