Summary

Position Summary
- *Hybrid work schedule
  This position is responsible for providing administrative and daily service functions that will support the clinical management team as they lead to ensure the delivery of high quality patient centered care. This position requires professionalism, excellent interpersonal and organization skills that allow for assisting the team in a fast-paced environment. This position will collaborate with multiple members of the team in an effort to problem solve, organizing day to day operations, and to augment the clinical management teams outcomes and capabilities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience:6 - 12 months' related experience and/or training as support for clinical team preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills required as well as good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a team-based environment.
- Ability to multitask and have flexibility to meet the changing needs of the team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office products proficiency and knowledge of or ability to learn EMR as needed.
- Ability to problem solve and manage when there are a variety of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Ability to schedule appointments/meetings with multiple individuals involved.
