Position Summary

• Responsible to oversee and deliver excellent quality care to patients/residents on as prescribed by the patients/residents' plans of care and established protocols, as directed by the Manager in collaboration with other members of the health care team.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing program
• License/Certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Maine; BLS certification required.
• Experience: At least one year's experience in either medical surgical nursing, or long term care including dementia care and skilled care, or home care setting preferred.
• Understanding of and good working knowledge of nursing process.
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and communicate with all levels of personnel.
• Excellent judgement and documentation skills required.
