Summary
- Position Summary
- This position is responsible for providing physician and APP recruitment support to the MaineHealth Medical Group’s senior leadership, physician leaders and APP leaders, delivering high quality professional candidates and advancing MaineHealth's brand across numerous professional communities. The Physician and APP Recruitment Specialist participates in the full-cycle recruitment process, maintaining excellent relations with senior leaders, physicians, APPs, administrative assistants, candidates and the community at-large. Works on candidate generation using pro-active sourcing strategies. Works on projects to assist with onboarding and the new hire process. Prepares monthly and quarterly metrics reporting and tracks other data as requested.

- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources or other business related role.. Recruiting experience preferred.
- Ability to interact effectively with physicians, APPs and management at all levels of MaineHealth, and the ability to function independently with minimal direct supervision, while working effectively on a team.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office suite. Experience with ATS systems and HRIS applications preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting targeted goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
