Summary
- Position Summary
- This is food service production work responsible for providing leadership and direction to Food Services Workers and Room Service Representatives in a work area (Dish Room, Nourishments, Food Prep, Tray assembly and Tray Delivery). This work also involves performing the duties of a Food Services Worker and assuming supervisory responsibility during the absence of a Food Service Supervisor.

- Education: N/A
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Knowledge of food production operations normally acquired through experience as a Food Services Worker.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to delegate duties as needed to appropriate employees.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Knowledge of food safety.
- Knowledge of Hospital Quality Improvement Program.
