Position Summary:
As a Registration Representative, you'll play a vital role in our healthcare system by performing registration and clerical duties for our valued patients. You'll interact with patients, their families, and our clinical teams to ensure seamless processes and accurate information exchange.
Essential Functions:

• Coordinate with intake for accurate documentation.
• Conduct financial clearance and registration duties.
• Meet with patients to exchange information and address concerns.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and other personnel.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Ensure accurate entry of information in the registration system.
• Utilize team collaboration tools and follow-up mechanisms.
• Schedule patients for upcoming appointments.

Education, Experience, Skills:
High School Diploma/GED
Good Communication Skills
Customer Service
1 yr patient registration preferred
MS Office
Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Standard office setting with minimal noise levels
• Sitting for long periods of time using keyboard and computer
