Leasing Assistant
Entry Level Position in a fast-growing Property Management Company
Pay Rate : based on experience (Willing to train right person)
Tasks Include :
- Serving / Delivering notices
- Putting up signs
- Taking pictures of properties
- Inspecting occupied and vacant apartments
- Making keys / changing locks
- Picking up / dropping off lock-boxes
- Coin collection
- Escorting inspectors and maintenance vendors
- Returning phone calls to prospective tenants
- Showing apartments
- Light maintenance
- Light cleaning
- Other related duties as assigned
Schedule : Typically, Monday - Friday but occasionally schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday
Driver's License and Vehicle Required.
