We are hiring at all skill levels - from recent graduates to experienced Dentists. We offer structured and unstructured training programs for younger Dentists who are interested in getting a leg up on the competition.
Necessary Qualifications And Licensure
  • 0 years of practical experience: we’re looking for Dentists of all levels of experience to grow our community
  • Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in Dentistry
  • Candidates must have a DMD/DDS dental degree from an accredited program
  • Current NY state license in good standing
  • Current DEA license
  • Conversant in English and Spanish
  • Owner mentality - provide excellent service, no matter the task
  • Compassionate team player - who puts patient outcomes first and foremost, and is willing to help and receive help
  • Level-headed and works well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted state license in NJ in good standing
  • Botox certification
  • Implants certification
  • Conversant in Creole or French
  • Other speciality procedure certifications
Accountabilities
  • Management of patients, with excellent chairside manner and a patient-first attitude
  • Development of patient treatment plans
  • Execution of preventive treatments (cleanings, scalings, etc)
  • Execution of prosthodontic treatments (crowns, bridges,
  • Execution of endodontic treatments (root canals)
  • Execution of extractions, surgical extractions, fillings, and other such dental procedures that do not require a specialist’s hand
  • Careful prescription of medications when needed
  • Provide patient education and at-home care and instructions to ensure treatment and oral health improvements for our community of patients
  • Internal referral to our specialists for whitenings, root canal therapy, etc.
