Main Street Care Center is Hiring a RN Assisted Living Nurse Manager Near Avon, OH

Qualifications: Must demonstrate independent initiative, be well organized, flexibility with schedule, excellent customer service skills, aggressive with past due accounts, team player, honest, dependable, trust-worthy, and excellent communication skills As Assisted Living Manager in a Grace Management Services facility you must be able to perform the following essential functions as demonstrated by the ability to:

Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for financial stability of Assisted Living facility from both census development and expense control
Develop and maintain relationships with family members and residents
Oversee and manage Assisted Living
Review Schedules, vacations, evaluations, hiring, firing, disciplining of staff
Ensure staff attends in-service meetings and has required training such as First Aid
Record and prepare monthly statements
Review all bills with the Administrator
Maintain database for referrals for Assisted Living as necessary
Responsible for overseeing needed supplies and inventory for both dietary and housekeeping to ensure that costs remain in budget
Oversee and maintain cleaning/laundry schedule to ensure cleanliness of all areas (resident rooms and common areas)
Responsible for overseeing activity department
Assist in development of new programming and coordination of newsletter
Responsible for maintaining license and operation of beauty shop
Responsible for keeping all records up to date to comply with state regulations
Responsible for maintaining employee records in coordination facility business office and GMS home office
Responsible for tour and referral process
Responsible for overseeing receivables and deposits
Attend Accounts Receivable reviews
Responsible for overseeing mealtimes and dietary department at Assisted Living to ensure compliance
Responsible for overseeing and maintaining preventative maintenance
Perform other related duties as directed by the Administrator/Executive Director.

Sit or stand for extended periods of time
Reach above shoulder heights, below waist or lift as required to complete the job responsibilities
Proper lifting techniques, ability to read computer screens and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are required
Must be able to lift 20 pounds. Raising objects from lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. This requirement occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
Must be able to balance, climb, crouch, grasp, kneel, pull, push, reach, stand and stoop adequately to perform the essential functions of the job.
Must be able to hear, smell, feel and speak adequately to perform the essential functions of the job.
Must be able to read and write the English language.
Must be able to work inside and outside with exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
