In this position, the Imaging Services Scheduling Coordinator is the initial contact for patients entering the Main Line Health System through Interventional Radiology and/or Cardiology. You will act as ambassadors for customer service, service recovery and follow through for patient satisfaction. Is responsible for accurate data input ensuring all financial and regulatory requirements are met, for the Imaging and/or Cardiology teams.

Position: Imaging Services Scheduling Coordinator
Shift: Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 7AM to 3:30PM (no holidays or weekends)
Experience:
2-3 years of recent related experience or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Strong persuasion, organizational and follow through skills. Ability to multi-task under pressure.Education:

High School required, Higher Education preferred
