Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaning Team Member and a House Cleaning Team Leader to create our newest team to keep up with demands. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in residential or commercial spaces. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service and take pride in their work; the hours will increase with your experience and as we fill your schedule with your new clients.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways and lobbies

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

- Assist with laundry and ironing as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or custodial work is required

- Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and best practices is required

- Familiarity with floor care (e.g., mopping, waxing) is required

- Experience in housekeeping management or related roles is an advantage

- Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is a plus

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job (e.g., standing, bending, lifting)

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and coworkers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
