Summary of Responsibilities:

• Observe safety procedures when using equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, or power tools to avoid accidents.
• Cleaning surfaces such as hardwood floors, tile floors, carpeting, countertops, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Cleaning furniture using dust cloths or brushes, as well as vacuum cleaners or shampooers.
• Cleaning surfaces using spray bottles of cleaning agents on large surfaves such as walls or ceilings.
• Perform cleaning quality checks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Driver's license
• The ability to lift 20lbs.
• Own and reliable transportation (Must Provide Proof of Insurance).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Be able to pass a Drug Screening.
