A reputable Special-Ed and Related Service Agency is seeking an experienced ABA Clinical Director who is a strong leader and visionary in the field of behavior analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective treatment programs, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team of behavior analysts and therapists.



Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, including behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop strategic goals and objectives for the organization
• Oversee the development of treatment plans and interventions based on individual client needs and goals
• Monitor treatment outcomes and treatment integrity to ensure the effectiveness of interventions
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and increase utilization of services
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment programs
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing the practice of behavior analysis
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
